Year working: 1883 – 1965
First-class artist who painted many excellent advertising pictures for Dunlop Tyres which include views of famous topographical views with cars. Normally a car tyre is visible with maker's name Dunlop given prominence. These pictures were used for many years for the Dunlop annual calendars. Also painted pictures of other transport such as boats, trains and planes. Was a war artist during the Second World War.
