Nothing known about Fowler other than some small vignettes for Girling Racing Success advertisements appearing in the early 1950’s, The above example is taken from a Goodwood race programme for 27th September 1952. Also a February 1952 advert in The Autocar for Pollard Bearings featuring an Allard on the Monte Carlo Rally.
