Colman Phil

Cartoons in The Autocar magazine in 1947 and according to David Burgess-Wise he was still working as a Staffman at Illifes in the early 1960's. David worked under him on layouts as part of his apprenticeship. Phil Colman did a weekly cartoon for the Motor Cycle and general layout for other group magazines.
