Smith Anthony (TONY)

Year working: 1932 – 2018

Motor racing artist and publisher of prints. Regular exhibitor at motor racing art exhibitions. In 1996 he introduced a teddy bear (Bertie) into his pictures. Mainly works through the Halcyon Gallery, Birmingham. Possibly best known for his series of paintings about the Italian Job which were widely distributed as prints.
